Overview
NeverMiss is an AI memory layer that helps users detect important messages, follow-ups, deadlines, commitments, reminders, actions and opportunities across connected tools. By using NeverMiss, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Use of NeverMiss
NeverMiss helps users detect important messages, follow-ups, deadlines and reminders, but it cannot guarantee that every important email, message or action will be detected. The user remains responsible for reviewing their own emails, messages, commitments and decisions. NeverMiss is a tool to assist, not to replace, your own judgment.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may sign in with email and password or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Connected Services
NeverMiss may connect to third-party services only with your explicit authorization. You are responsible for the third-party accounts you connect to NeverMiss and may revoke access from the third-party provider at any time. NeverMiss is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party services.
Google and Gmail Access
For the Gmail integration, NeverMiss uses read-only access to your Gmail account to detect important emails, follow-ups, deadlines, commitments, reminders and actions. NeverMiss does not send, modify or delete emails on your behalf. Some Gmail content may be processed by AI systems, including an external AI provider currently Mistral AI, only to provide the core NeverMiss features. NeverMiss does not sell Gmail data, does not use Gmail data for advertising and does not use Gmail data to train public AI models. NeverMiss may store short, limited excerpts only when necessary to explain an automatic decision in the interface, such as marking an action as completed. You can revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
Connected Tools and Collaboration
When you connect a tool to NeverMiss, you authorize NeverMiss to access and analyze only the data necessary from that tool in order to provide the service: detecting commitments, reminders, deadlines, follow-ups, tasks, alerts and useful signals. This data may be used for your personal tasks and for collaborative tasks you participate in. In a collaborative task, other collaborators will never see the raw content of your connected tools, such as full emails, messages or conversations. Only task-relevant elements may be shared, such as a summary, action signal or task update. You can remove access to a tool at any time by disconnecting it from Apps or settings.
Product Availability
NeverMiss is currently under active development and features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, modified, paused or removed without notice as the product evolves.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse NeverMiss, attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer the product, use NeverMiss for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Limitations
NeverMiss is provided as-is at this stage of development. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any detection or alert. NeverMiss shall not be liable for missed messages, missed deadlines or decisions made based on information provided by the product.
Changes to the Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of NeverMiss after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
